Leading and directing the Business Unit to meet or exceed the defined sales, profit, market share and growth objectives.
You will do this through direction and motivation of sales, marketing, market access and medical teams
This included full P&L responsibilities
You will be fully accountable for the development of longer term strategies and plans.
You will be expected to initiate and develop strong business relationships with key customers and influencers to maintain / develop existing business and capitalize on new business opportunities.
Broadly accountable for the growth, resilience and health of the German organisation as a key member and contributor to the German Lead Team.
Also formal responsibilities as company director.
Education and Experience
Science or business graduate
Proven high performance track record of success in healthcare sales in different distribution channels and people management
Proven managerial skills and high management potential
Experience in marketing
Experience in training / coaching
