Main Areas of Responsibilities
Create, develop and implement long term digital and technological omni-channel vision and consumer strategy across brands based on understanding consumer insight and behaviours.
Define and drive focused interventions and capabilities to create efficiencies, drive customer engagement and improve customer centric approach to accelerate.
Create and implement a digital customer journey (Patients, HCPs, Payers and Consumers), by working with Market Access, Business Excellence and collaborating with marketing and communications to create a seamless, unique value-added customer experience.
Build digital capability to improve our brands and business’ go-to market capabilities by championing innovative ways to propel growth through customer/ consumer engagement, adopting a hands-on management approach and supporting cutting edge digital channels across the organisation.
The following listed requirements need to be met at a minimum level to be considered for the job:
Significant and proven experience in Digital Marketing either in-house or from a consultancy background
Translation of Technology to Business Application: The ability to translate technology into tangible commercial applications
Harnessing Platform Partnerships: Experience partnering with a) digital platform suppliers like Google, Facebook, Instagram, Amazon, etc and b)partnering with engineers and or engineering companies on working on digital solutions.
Leveraging Digital and Data to Drive Business and Behaviour Change: a) A proven track record on driving business and building brands through digital platforms and b) experience driving consumer behaviour change through digital pathways.
Partnering with Brand/ Customer Partners: ability to understand business brand needs, and influence partners to create solutions that advance the business agenda.
B2B and B2C – experience on direct to consumer communication and business to business.
Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to creatively articulate (internally and externally) strategies and tactics that drive change, collaboration and innovative solutions courtesy of analytics, insights and data.
Influencing – strong track record in influencing without authority – peers, international and regional teams
Coaching and training of teams in the digital space.
Managing multiple stakeholders in a changing and flexible environment.
High level culture awareness and ability to adapt. Understanding how to translate global direction in to local business activities and initiatives (by country / product / proposition)
Graduate Degree and/ or MBA strongly preferred
