Role and Responsibilities
Is the Head of the Company.
To develop and implement new business plans and strategies.
Identifying and assessing new opportunities.
Setting targets and budgets for the overall business.
Leads the management team to drive sales, business, and business development.
Ensures controls on financial, integrating functional activities, monitoring progress against targets and objectives, and taking corrective actions as necessary.
Manages external relations to develop and maintain high-level contact with customers.
Job Success Requirements
Degree in Pharmacy, NutriSciences or Chemical preferred.
Good experience in managing pharmaceutical/nutraceutical related sales both locally and internationally.
Experience in strategic planning from origination to successful execution.
Proven record of leadership and high-level managerial skills.
Ability to understand and manage the financial aspects of the business.
Good knowledge of phytonutrients or vitamins business.
