The HRIS Manager will have the opportunity to:
Deliver training to Business HR team on the functionality of PeopleSoft.
Collaborate & communicate effectively with respective HR and will make sure that the HRIS application is used effectively.
Provide support and enhancement of PeopleSoft modules.
Develop functional design documents and technical design documents.
Develop assigned work, testing, and perform migration from one instance to another instance.
Work to improve application/system and give the best effort to make system intuitive and user-friendly.
Actively work to enable best features of the delivered application.
Support Business HR team related to their access.
Communicate the status of resolved issues/ changes to required stakeholders.
Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree with at least 8 years of hands-on Peoplesoft experience including development in People Code, People Tools, SQR development and XML Publisher.
Must have Strong Development Experience in People Code and Application Designer
Functional Exposure and in-depth Knowledge of PeopleSoft HRMS modules like Core HR, Position management, Compensation Management, Performance Management system, Recruitment, and Learning Management System.
Hands on experience in Application Engine, Excel to CI, XML Publisher, SQR
Development experience of Web services
Exposure in PeopleSoft 9.1/ 9.2
Experience in Interface Development like PeopleSoft to ADP, Kronos etc.
