Your Key Activities
Build sustainable business partnership, develop new agreements with new national and regional buying groups.
Ensure proper sales and product training, manage performance and take appropriate actions within the Buying Groups and the External Sales Force within the Pharma channel.
Plan, negotiate, agree and control the annual sales budget for the key accounts in order to achieve sales turnover and gross-profit targets and negotiate regular and spot business opportunities for the responsible area within the Jr KAM Pharma mandate.
Liaise on a weekly basis with the local Trade Marketeer to communicate the needs related to each TM plan for each account, make sure that all the TM’s plan are properly execute on the field.
Follow-up of agreed actions plan with existing regional buying groups.
Follow-up of sales representatives’ challenges, incentives & promotional actions in the pharmacies
terms with regional/national buying groups and make sure that all the agreements are properly respected.
What makes you a strong candidate?
Desired Skills And Experience
At least 2-3 years of sales experience
Knowledge of OTC Sales, the French pharmaceutical market and/or a medical environment is advantageous
Strong analytical skills
Experience in successful Key Account Sales management
Able to perform under tough and complex circumstances
Proficient in the English and French language, both written and verbal
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
