As Junior Product Manager you will:
Help to implement the annual communicational and local marketing plan for products in portfolio.
Develop market and product trends analysis to ensure a complete and thorough knowledge of the reference markets (competitor activities and mapping, market sizing, etc.)
Support the marketing and BUD in the assessment of potential new business and market opportunities and products
Cooperate with the Medical Affairs to the development of scientific programs and trainings, following Medical Affairs guidelines in the implementation of communicational models and plans
Support field marketing activities including congresses and events, eventual interactions with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and scientific associations
Propose initiatives to ensure constant alignment of communication and marketing activities to the real needs of the scientific community, patients, sales force and the market
liaise with internal departments, including Market Access and corporate communication, to prepare the ground for products development.
Qualifications & Education
Master’s degree in scientific or marketing disciplines, and understanding of pharmaceutical competitive dynamics.
Previous marketing experience on both strategic and operational activities is a plus.
Fluency in Italian and English, both oral and written.
