Manage the short to long term (1-3 years) product strategy to sustain the brands growth by understanding the market dynamic.
Customer experience transformation in LOC Brands
Manage marketing team,
Interaction and team work with sales force, access, medical, commercial and other strategic areas.
Implement customer engagement strategies with the marketing team
Align to a customer segment and leverage service-oriented mindset to deliver an exceptional customer experience plan.
Meet customer expectations at highest level within GSK standards and values
Integrate different brand activity plans within a promotional grid with portfolio managers for specific customer groups/segments.
Execute global integrated campaigns in line with specific customer segment needs.
Collect customer insight, analyze secondary and primary data and derive business intelligence to feed regional and global teams for better experience.
Ensure brand resource allocation across different customer groups.
Manage communication across customer groups to ensure adequate touch points at right frequency.
Orchestrate all activities that has been implemented at customer level to ensure end to end brand management.
In collaboration with access and medical teams develop clear differentiated brand access strategy and value proposition.
Ensure achievement of sales and profitability targets for the brands and/or portfolios with proper budget management.
We are looking for professionals with these characteristics to achieve our goals
Graduated in business related education with area of specialization in Marketing.
Minimum 5-10 years of experience in marketing/sales.
Experience leading marketing teams
Fluent in English
Expert in strategic marketing competencies
Proficient in analytics and performance management
High level of influence
However, if you have the following, it would be a plus
Post-graduation in marketing related areas.
Experience in Marketing in Consumer products and/or OTC products in Consumer healthcare.
