Develop trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients,understanding of customer needs and requirements, and expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives.
Serve as the link of communication between customers and internal teams, and ensure the correct products knowledge and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner
Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust, and play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships
Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to Sales Specialist
Achieve sales target responsible.
Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy/ Nurse/ or Science fields
Minimum 2 year experience in pharmaceutical or medical devices sales
Energetic and be able to work independently
Good communication, positive attitude, strong interpersonal, negotiation, selling and presentation skills
Good command of written and spoken English
Own transportation and driver license
