WHAT YOU WILL LEAD AND GROW
They are looking to give you a sales management opportunity managing a team of GP Sales Representatives. This is initially a 12 month contract.
This is a great opportunity for someone who is a warm, friendly professional, who is dynamic with solid business acumen, who can develop and lead a team of GP reps, which in turn will see increased market share for the company through your team’s sales efforts.
You will spend your days on the road coaching your team on how to promote evidenced based prescription medicines to general practitioners to increase sales.
You will performance manage those who need it and make sure your team is well looked after by developing their skills to be the best sales team they can be.
WHAT EXPERIENCE WILL YOU NEED TO GET THE JOB?
You will be a current or recent GP Sales Manager in the pharmaceutical industry looking for a role to commence early February 2019.
You will have the demonstrated ability to drive and lead by example, coaching and mentoring GP reps in-field.
