About the Role:
The Senior Research Manager role is responsible for:
Leading quantitative research projects, ensuring high quality customer service and project management experience.
Ensuring all aspects of project deliverables meet the client brief and align with business needs.
Managing (and conducting) projects efficiently and effectively from end-to-end, including leading involvement in all project stages: proposal writing, materials development, fieldwork, analysis and reporting.
Building strong relationship with clients, developing a full and comprehensive understanding of the business and their needs. Assisting with new business development and key account planning activities.
You will have:
5 + years research experience in a market research agency OR in a research-focused role on the client side
Expertise in statistics and quantitative and qualitative research across a range of methodologies
Ability to build strong relationships with clients
Ability to tell insightful stories from data, creating actionable recommendations
Excellent internal and external communication skills tailored to suit individual audiences, including excellent presentation skills
Solid project management skills, including a drive to deliver excellent quality of both insight and data accuracy
Tertiary qualification in a related discipline, e.g. Business, Marketing, Social Science, Psychology
Proficient PC skills, especially MS Office skills (Excel, Word & PowerPoint) and SPSS & Q or other statistical packages.
Experience in patient and digital health research would be viewed favourably
